Player Settings / Live / Options - change timecode system from PAL to
NTSC |

When you open a new sequence, make sure the preset is NTSC and that the
render codec is DV (AVI) and frame rate is 29.97, and under "Advanced", make
sure render quality is HIGH |

When you import files, make sure the frame rate is set for 29.97, check
assume drop frame, and that default time code is 29.97 |
