Costs
We provide our initial telephonic consultation service free. During that time we will
gather basic facts, answer questions and offer advice as to possible issues and courses
of action.
We generally require a 10 hour retainer fee for further involvement. We bill
weekly. We have found it takes
between 5 to 20 hours to create/restore an image, examine the data, and form an opinion
and make some recommendation as to course of action. Further examination and documentation adds
additional time depending on complexity and extent of documentation required. We
provide a written report of our conclusions.
We bill at $150 per hour. Travel time is billed
at 1/3 of our billing rate, along with expenses. |
